Where do you ship?
We ship to all states in the U.S. As we grow, we will look to expand on a global basis.
How do I care for the beds?
Great question! Our removable pet bed cover and Fox Willow ripstop liner are washable in cold water with a mild detergent. We recommend turning the cover inside out for best results. Feel free to air dry or pop in the dryer on low heat. For a quick refresh, spray the liner and pet bed cover with your favorite pet safe cleaner and wipe clean.
You say your cushions are made of recycled plastic, but the tag says “ALL NEW MATERIAL CONSISTING OF 100% Polyester.” What gives?
We hear you! We were bummed to discover that we are required by law to state that the insert cushions are stuffed with “new” material, despite the fill being recycled. This government requirement dates back to the times when mattress makers would fill bedding with all kinds of gross, used materials, and what “new" means here is that the fibers have been reprocessed in a manner that makes them sanitary and safe. Our filling is 100% recycled material from the textile industry; it’s clean, uncontaminated, and most importantly of all, eco-friendly.
How are the pet beds shipped?
In order to reduce our packaging footprint, we vacuum pack our pet beds, as well as the insert cushion. Once you remove the bed or cushion, you can reuse the vacuum pack bag for your own storage needs. The compacted pet bed or cushion is then packaged in a 100% recycled and recyclable Fox Willow shipping box and delivered to you. Please be sure to fully empty the shipping box as there is probably a gift or two from us to share our true appreciation for believing in our company.
Our large/XLarge dog bed is our only bed that requires just a touch of assembly. It comes as an insert cushion, waterproof liner and cover. However, due to its patented envelope design- assembly couldn’t be easier. Simply slide the cushion into the waterproof liner and then pop the bed into your pet bed cover, zip up and you’re ready to go!
We ship within 7-10 days from date of order. Normally, shipping can take 3-10 business days to receive. If you need a rush order, please select the fastest shipping option available and we’ll ship as quickly as we can, depending upon weather and location within the U.S.
What’s coming next?
We’re currently testing our homemade dog treats with the pickiest of dog consumers and will be offering our dog biscuits on our website in the near-term. We also have some fun concepts in the works for the oh so fun task of carrying around the “packages” our cute dogs leave in the grass, on the street, in bushes and just about anywhere while they’re on their walks. From there, who knows….let us know if you have an idea you think we should run after.

What is your return policy?
Our hope is that you’re 100% satisfied with your Fox Willow products. If you determine in the first 30 days that something isn’t working as it should, please contact us and we will take care of it.
How do I support your current cause?
Thank you for wanting to be a part of the goal to improve the lives of animals with proper food, medical care, shelter and love. We provide a percentage of all sales to animal shelters, rescue organizations and other worthy causes. Additionally, throughout the year we will ask our customers for their ideas on creative ways to give back. Where can I purchase your products in person?
We’ll be attending a variety of festivals throughout the year. Plans are also in the works to be in select brick and mortar locations. We’ll update the site as soon as we finalize our schedule and locations!
